Red Wing
Reasonable Contracting LLC recently completed a structural and exterior repair on a patio that had been accidentally backed into by a vehicle at a home in Red Wing, Minnesota.
The impact caused both structural shifting and visible damage to the siding and framing. Our team carefully jacked the patio back into its original position, ensuring the structure was safe, level, and secure. From there, we reframed the damaged section, replacing compromised materials and restoring the integrity of the support system.
Once the framing was complete, we turned our attention to the siding. The damaged wood siding was recut, fit, and repainted to match the existing finish—bringing the patio back to life without any obvious signs of repair.
This job is a great example of our ability to handle unexpected structural repairs with precision and professionalism.
