Menomonie
Reasonable Contracting LLC is proud to announce the successful completion of a full roof replacement on a residential living facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. This project was a critical upgrade aimed at ensuring the long-term safety and comfort of the residents.
Scope of Work: Full removal of the existing aged roofing system Installation of new architectural asphalt shingles with wind and impact resistance. Ice and water shield installed in eaves and valleys. Complete flashing upgrade and ridge vent system. Final walkthrough with facility management to ensure satisfaction.
Results: This facility now features a high-performance roofing system designed to withstand Wisconsin’s tough weather conditions. Improved insulation and ventilation will also contribute to better energy efficiency and lower utility costs for the building.
